We are delighted to announce that the 8th TRAMI EMiN Meeting will take place on the 27 February 2024 from 16:00-18:00 CET at the NCBR Office in Brussels (Rue Belliard 40, Brussels).The transformational goals of the EU Missions potentially have a profound impact on society and individuals. In the 8th edition of our TRAMI EMiN Meeting we would like to discuss the role of social innovation and the relevance of social sciences and humanities (SSH) research in achieving the goals set out in the EU Missions. We would like to facilitate a dialogue between experts and participants on the necessity, benefits and challenges of including these perspectives.There have been some updates on the agenda. We are delighted to announce that the 7th TRAMI EMiN Meeting will take place on the 23 January 2024 from 14:00 to 16:00 pm. The workshop is organized online. With its missions, the EU has set ambitious goals to address current societal challenges. In order to achieve these goals, the integration of all stakeholders, in particular citizens and business, is of great importance. Co-creation can serve as a tool for facilitating inclusive processes on our way to finding joint solutions to complex social issues. Co-Creation: best practices and challenges The EMiN Network brings together various actors from the field to communicate and discuss current challenges and progress in implementing co-creative methods and processes. This edition of our EMiN Meeting will be held in cooperation with our colleagues from DLR Projektträger. On Tuesday, experts and stakeholders will discuss the topic: “Co-Creation in the EU Missions: Opening up policy making processes”. We will focus on various tools and methods you can use to unlock the potential of co-creation in your projects and implementation experiences and practices. The event offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from best practice experiences of our experts and jointly develop new insights. We are planning an EMiN on Co-Creation and would like to focus on aspects that are relevant to our EMiN community. The Coffee Chat is open to all official EMiN members and the TRAMI consortium. Following the fruitful discussions of our previous EMiN, we are excited to bring you the 5th EMiN Meeting on July 5th, 2023. The event will be held online in a two-hour webinar from 9:30- 11:30 CET, with a focus on citizen engagement and will also feature the format “Meet and Monitor the Missions”. EMiN aims to discuss policy concepts, share experiences in implementing them and reflect about current and future challenges for the further advancement of the mission approach. We are now inviting all actors involved or interested in the mission’s implementation to join us for a fueled discussion on July 5. Kindly confirm your participation by registering here.
